At Rayfa, we are committed to delivering premium-quality attars and perfumes to our customers. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

No Return Policy

All attar and perfume purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and quality assurance, opened, used, or tested fragrance products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal fragrance and beauty products

  • Discounted or sale items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. However, in case of a verified damaged or incorrect product, our team will assist you with a replacement or refund as per policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
